Waterless Chicken & Napa Cabbage Soup

  • Napa cabbage
  • Chicken
  • Apple
  • Onion
  • Red dates
  • 1 cup water
  1. 1Layer napa cabbage in the base of a pressure cooker.
  2. 2Add apple and onion for natural sweetness.
  3. 3Add chicken pieces and a few red dates.
  4. 4Pour in one cup of water.
  5. 5Pressure cook about 30 minutes.
  6. 6Shred the chicken before serving.

The cabbage, apple and onion release their own juices, so little added water is needed.
