Waterless Chicken & Napa Cabbage Soup

- Napa cabbage
- Chicken
- Apple
- Onion
- Red dates
- 1 cup water
HOW TO COOK
- 1Layer napa cabbage in the base of a pressure cooker.
- 2Add apple and onion for natural sweetness.
- 3Add chicken pieces and a few red dates.
- 4Pour in one cup of water.
- 5Pressure cook about 30 minutes.
- 6Shred the chicken before serving.
TIP
The cabbage, apple and onion release their own juices, so little added water is needed.
