Veggie Rice Balls

INGREDIENTS
- Cooked rice
- Carrot, chopped
- Broccoli, chopped
- 1 egg yolk
- Cake flour
HOW TO COOK
- 1Combine cooked rice with chopped carrot, broccoli and cake flour.
- 2Mix in the egg yolk to make a sticky mixture.
- 3With clean (gloved) hands, roll into small balls.
- 4Pan-fry or cook the balls until golden and set.
TIP
Roll small balls for easy little-hand grips.
