Cheese & Veg Omelette Bites

INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp grated cheese
- 3 tbsp finely chopped cooked veg
- Knob of butter
HOW TO COOK
- 1Whisk the eggs with the cheese and veg.
- 2Pour into a greased muffin tin or small pan.
- 3Bake at 180°C for 12–14 min (or pan-cook) until set.
- 4Cool and cut into toddler-sized squares.
