Mild Beef & Sweet Potato Chilli

INGREDIENTS
- 250g lean beef mince
- 1 sweet potato, diced small
- ½ tin kidney beans, rinsed & mashed
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes (no salt)
- ½ tsp mild paprika
HOW TO COOK
- 1Brown the mince, then add the sweet potato and paprika.
- 2Stir in the tomatoes and beans.
- 3Simmer 20–25 min until the sweet potato is tender.
- 4Mash any firm pieces and serve with rice or soft tortilla.
TIP
Mash the beans so they are not a choking hazard.
