Steamed Prawns in Orange Cups

INGREDIENTS
- Prawns
- A little sesame oil
- 1 orange
- Pumpkin
- Carrot
- Mixed-grain rice
- Sweetcorn
HOW TO COOK
- 1Marinate the prawns in a little sesame oil for 15 minutes.
- 2Halve and hollow the orange, reserving the cups.
- 3Steam the prawns until just cooked.
- 4Steam the pumpkin and carrot until soft.
- 5Serve the prawns in an orange cup with rice and corn.
