Steamed Prawns in Orange Cups

  • Prawns
  • A little sesame oil
  • 1 orange
  • Pumpkin
  • Carrot
  • Mixed-grain rice
  • Sweetcorn
  1. 1Marinate the prawns in a little sesame oil for 15 minutes.
  2. 2Halve and hollow the orange, reserving the cups.
  3. 3Steam the prawns until just cooked.
  4. 4Steam the pumpkin and carrot until soft.
  5. 5Serve the prawns in an orange cup with rice and corn.

Hollowed orange halves make fun, mess-free cups for a festive toddler meal.
