Spinach Egg Pancake Rolls

  • A bowlful of spinach
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp grated cheese
  1. 1Blend spinach with a little water, then strain out the green juice.
  2. 2Whisk the spinach juice with egg, black sesame and grated cheese into a smooth batter.
  3. 3Pour into a pan and cook into a thin sheet, then flip.
  4. 4Roll up the pancake and slice into bite-sized rolls.

Roll and slice so it's easy for little hands to grip.
