Spinach Egg Pancake Rolls

INGREDIENTS
- A bowlful of spinach
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- 1 tsp grated cheese
HOW TO COOK
- 1Blend spinach with a little water, then strain out the green juice.
- 2Whisk the spinach juice with egg, black sesame and grated cheese into a smooth batter.
- 3Pour into a pan and cook into a thin sheet, then flip.
- 4Roll up the pancake and slice into bite-sized rolls.

Roll and slice so it's easy for little hands to grip.
