INGREDIENTS
- ½ block soft silken tofu
- A wedge of pumpkin, cubed
HOW TO COOK
- 1Steam the pumpkin 10–12 min until very soft.
- 2Warm the silken tofu briefly (steam or blanch).
- 3Mash the pumpkin and tofu together until smooth and soft.
