Sweet Potato Brown-Rice Congee

INGREDIENTS
- 3 tbsp white or brown rice, rinsed
- 1 small sweet potato, diced
- 2 cups water or unsalted stock
HOW TO COOK
- 1Simmer the rice with water until it breaks down into soft congee (~25–30 min).
- 2Add the sweet potato partway and cook until very soft.
- 3Blend or mash to the texture your baby is ready for.
- 4Cool to warm; freeze extra portions.
