Silky Steamed Egg with Fish

INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg
- 80ml unsalted stock or water
- 1 tbsp finely flaked cooked fish
- A few peas or chopped soft veg
HOW TO COOK
- 1Whisk the egg with the stock and strain for a smooth custard.
- 2Stir in the flaked fish and soft veg in a heatproof bowl.
- 3Steam on low 10–12 min until just set and silky.
- 4Cool to warm; serve with soft rice.
