Minced Chicken & Carrot Congee

  • 4 tbsp rice, rinsed
  • 2½ cups water or unsalted stock
  • 2 tbsp minced chicken
  • 1 small carrot, finely diced
  1. 1Simmer the rice and carrot into a soft congee (~25 min).
  2. 2Stir in the minced chicken and cook until fully done.
  3. 3Mash any lumps to a texture your baby can manage.
  4. 4Cool to warm; season for adults separately, not for baby.
