Salmon & Sweet Potato Mash

  • 1 small skinless salmon fillet
  • 1 small sweet potato, cubed
  • 1 tbsp full-fat cream cheese or milk
  1. 1Steam the sweet potato 12–15 min until soft.
  2. 2Add the salmon for the last 8 min until cooked through and flaking.
  3. 3Flake the salmon carefully, checking for any bones.
  4. 4Mash everything with the cream cheese until smooth and soft.

Introduce fish on its own first to watch for any reaction.
