Rice Cooker Chicken Rice Balls

  • Cooked rice
  • Chicken breast
  • King oyster mushroom
  • Onion
  • Ginger
  1. 1Finely chop the mushroom and onion.
  2. 2Sauté onion, ginger and mushroom until fragrant.
  3. 3Cook the chicken, then shred or chop small.
  4. 4Mix the chicken and vegetables through cooked rice.
  5. 5Shape into balls and finish in the rice cooker.
