- Cooked rice
- Chicken breast
- King oyster mushroom
- Onion
- Ginger
HOW TO COOK
- 1Finely chop the mushroom and onion.
- 2Sauté onion, ginger and mushroom until fragrant.
- 3Cook the chicken, then shred or chop small.
- 4Mix the chicken and vegetables through cooked rice.
