Rice-Cooker Baby Meal Cubes

  • Protein (salmon, chicken or beef)
  • Mixed vegetables (carrot, pumpkin, peas, corn)
  • Rice
  • A little miso or tomato, for flavour
  1. 1Choose a protein plus mixed veggies and rice for a balanced meal.
  2. 2Add everything to the rice cooker and cook together.
  3. 3Portion into a silicone cube tray and freeze.
  4. 4Reheat a cube at mealtime.
