INGREDIENTS
- Protein (salmon, chicken or beef)
- Mixed vegetables (carrot, pumpkin, peas, corn)
- Rice
- A little miso or tomato, for flavour
HOW TO COOK
- 1Choose a protein plus mixed veggies and rice for a balanced meal.
- 2Add everything to the rice cooker and cook together.
- 3Portion into a silicone cube tray and freeze.
- 4Reheat a cube at mealtime.
