- Purple sweet potato
- Chinese yam
- 1 egg
- Milk or formula
HOW TO COOK
- 1Steam and mash the purple sweet potato, pressing through a sieve until smooth.
- 2Steam and mash the Chinese yam separately until smooth.
- 3Whisk the egg with milk and strain.
- 4Layer the purple potato, yam and egg mixture in a cup.
- 5Steam until set into a soft pudding.
TIP
Strain the egg mixture for an extra-silky custard.
