Purple Cabbage Prawn Bites

INGREDIENTS
- Purple cabbage
- Prawns
- Spinach
- A little cornstarch
HOW TO COOK
- 1Blitz the purple cabbage finely.
- 2Blitz the prawns into a smooth paste.
- 3Finely chop the spinach.
- 4Mix cabbage, prawn paste, spinach and cornstarch.
- 5Pipe small rounds onto a non-stick mat.
- 6Pan-fry until cooked and lightly set.
TIP
No teeth, no problem — soft enough to mash with gums.
