Prawn, Mushroom & Tofu Soup

INGREDIENTS
- Prawns
- Tofu
- Mixed mushrooms
- Carrot
- 1 egg
HOW TO COOK
- 1Cut tofu into small cubes; dice the mushrooms and carrot.
- 2Scramble the egg, then set aside.
- 3Sauté the mushrooms, carrot and tofu.
- 4Add prawns and cook until pink.
- 5Add water for a light soup and simmer.
- 6Stir the egg back in and combine.
