Prawn & Veggie Balls

  • 100g prawns
  • 30g yam
  • Carrot, finely chopped
  • Broccoli, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp cake flour
  1. 1Blend prawns with yam into a lightly textured paste.
  2. 2Mix in chopped carrot, broccoli and cake flour.
  3. 3Pipe small balls into boiling water.
  4. 4Simmer until the balls float, then scoop out and drain.
  5. 5Serve once cooled.

Soft, chewy and perfect for tiny hands and gums.
