Prawn & Veggie Balls

INGREDIENTS
- 100g prawns
- 30g yam
- Carrot, finely chopped
- Broccoli, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp cake flour
HOW TO COOK
- 1Blend prawns with yam into a lightly textured paste.
- 2Mix in chopped carrot, broccoli and cake flour.
- 3Pipe small balls into boiling water.
- 4Simmer until the balls float, then scoop out and drain.
- 5Serve once cooled.

Soft, chewy and perfect for tiny hands and gums.
