Baked Oat Porridge Fingers

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • Handful blueberries
  1. 1Mix everything into a loose batter and pour into a lined tin.
  2. 2Bake at 180°C for 20–25 min until set and golden.
  3. 3Cool fully, then slice into grabbable fingers.
  4. 4Great warm or cold; freezes well.
