Baked Oat Porridge Fingers

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup oats
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- Handful blueberries
HOW TO COOK
- 1Mix everything into a loose batter and pour into a lined tin.
- 2Bake at 180°C for 20–25 min until set and golden.
- 3Cool fully, then slice into grabbable fingers.
- 4Great warm or cold; freezes well.
