Pork & Corn Rice Porridge

  • 1/2 cup Calrose (short-grain) rice
  • 200g pork mince
  • Pinch of white pepper
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn kernels
  • Bone broth (enough to cook the rice into porridge)
  1. 1Season the pork mince with a pinch of white pepper.
  2. 2Add the rice and bone broth to a pot and simmer, stirring often, until the rice breaks down into a soft porridge.
  3. 3Stir in the pork mince and corn and simmer until the pork is cooked through and everything is soft.
  4. 4Let it cool to a safe temperature before serving.

Use a low-sodium or homemade bone broth to keep the salt down for babies.
