Mini Pita Pizzas

INGREDIENTS
- 1 wholemeal pita or muffin
- 2 tbsp no-salt tomato sauce
- Grated mozzarella
- Finely chopped soft veg toppings
HOW TO COOK
- 1Spread the tomato sauce over the pita base.
- 2Scatter cheese and soft veg on top.
- 3Bake at 190°C for 8–10 min until the cheese melts.
- 4Cool and cut into small wedges or strips.
