Mini Pita Pizzas

  • 1 wholemeal pita or muffin
  • 2 tbsp no-salt tomato sauce
  • Grated mozzarella
  • Finely chopped soft veg toppings
  1. 1Spread the tomato sauce over the pita base.
  2. 2Scatter cheese and soft veg on top.
  3. 3Bake at 190°C for 8–10 min until the cheese melts.
  4. 4Cool and cut into small wedges or strips.
