Pear, Yam & Red Date Porridge

  • 1 pear
  • Chinese yam
  • Red dates
  • Rice
  • About 200ml water
  1. 1Peel and dice the pear into small chunks.
  2. 2Peel and chop the Chinese yam.
  3. 3Pit the red dates and chop small.
  4. 4Add rice, pear, yam and red dates to a pot with water.
  5. 5Cook together until soft and porridgey.
