Pear, Yam & Red Date Porridge

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pear
- Chinese yam
- Red dates
- Rice
- About 200ml water
HOW TO COOK
- 1Peel and dice the pear into small chunks.
- 2Peel and chop the Chinese yam.
- 3Pit the red dates and chop small.
- 4Add rice, pear, yam and red dates to a pot with water.
- 5Cook together until soft and porridgey.
