INGREDIENTS
- Cooked small pasta
- Soft cherry tomatoes, quartered
- Cucumber, diced small
- Cubes of mild cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
HOW TO COOK
- 1Cool the cooked pasta under cold water and drain.
- 2Quarter the tomatoes and finely dice the other veg.
- 3Toss everything with a little olive oil.
- 4Serve cool — perfect for picnics and lunchboxes.
