  • Cooked small pasta
  • Soft cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • Cucumber, diced small
  • Cubes of mild cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  1. 1Cool the cooked pasta under cold water and drain.
  2. 2Quarter the tomatoes and finely dice the other veg.
  3. 3Toss everything with a little olive oil.
  4. 4Serve cool — perfect for picnics and lunchboxes.
