Soft Chicken Mini Meatballs

  • 150g chicken or turkey mince
  • 2 tbsp soft breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp grated apple or courgette
  • 1 tsp dried herbs
  1. 1Mix everything and roll into small, soft meatballs.
  2. 2Brown gently in a little oil, then add a splash of water.
  3. 3Cover and steam-cook 8–10 min until cooked through.
  4. 4Cool, then quarter for younger eaters.

Simmer in a no-salt tomato sauce to serve with pasta.
