Soft Chicken Mini Meatballs

INGREDIENTS
- 150g chicken or turkey mince
- 2 tbsp soft breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp grated apple or courgette
- 1 tsp dried herbs
HOW TO COOK
- 1Mix everything and roll into small, soft meatballs.
- 2Brown gently in a little oil, then add a splash of water.
- 3Cover and steam-cook 8–10 min until cooked through.
- 4Cool, then quarter for younger eaters.
TIP
Simmer in a no-salt tomato sauce to serve with pasta.
