Homemade Chicken & Veggie Sausage

INGREDIENTS
- Chicken breast
- Broccoli
- Carrot
- Corn
- A little starch
- A little oil
HOW TO COOK
- 1Blanch broccoli, carrot and corn until soft, then chop finely.
- 2Blend the chicken with a little oil into a smooth paste.
- 3Mix the chicken paste with the chopped vegetables and starch.
- 4Pipe into a sausage-shaped silicone mould.
- 5Steam until firm and cooked through, then cool and unmould.
TIP
No added salt or sugar — a wholesome homemade sausage for babies.
