Homemade Chicken & Veggie Sausage

  • Chicken breast
  • Broccoli
  • Carrot
  • Corn
  • A little starch
  • A little oil
  1. 1Blanch broccoli, carrot and corn until soft, then chop finely.
  2. 2Blend the chicken with a little oil into a smooth paste.
  3. 3Mix the chicken paste with the chopped vegetables and starch.
  4. 4Pipe into a sausage-shaped silicone mould.
  5. 5Steam until firm and cooked through, then cool and unmould.

No added salt or sugar — a wholesome homemade sausage for babies.
