Fluffy Blueberry Cakes

  • Cake flour
  1. 1Steam and blend the Chinese yam with egg until smooth.
  2. 2Mix in cake flour to a fluffy batter.
  3. 3Spoon into a silicone mould.
  4. 4Press blueberries into each cake.
  5. 5Steam until risen and set.

Rich in fibre and naturally sweet from the blueberries.
