INGREDIENTS
- Chinese yam
- Blueberries
- 1 egg
- Cake flour
HOW TO COOK
- 1Steam and blend the Chinese yam with egg until smooth.
- 2Mix in cake flour to a fluffy batter.
- 3Spoon into a silicone mould.
- 4Press blueberries into each cake.
- 5Steam until risen and set.

Rich in fibre and naturally sweet from the blueberries.
