Eggless Mango Chawanmushi

  • Silken tofu
  • Milk or formula
  1. 1Add chopped mango and silken tofu to a blender.
  2. 2Blend with a little milk until completely smooth.
  3. 3Pour into a cup or container.
  4. 4Chill or lightly steam until set into a soft pudding.
