Easy Salmon Rice Balls

INGREDIENTS
- Cooked rice
- Salmon fillet
- Carrot, finely diced
- Seaweed (nori)
- Sesame seeds
HOW TO COOK
- 1Blanch the diced carrot until soft.
- 2Pan-fry the salmon, then flake and remove any bones.
- 3Mix rice with flaked salmon, carrot, chopped seaweed and sesame.
- 4Press into a rice-ball mould.
- 5Shake to form neat balls and serve.
TIP
Great for little hands learning to self-feed.
