Easy Salmon Rice Balls

  • Cooked rice
  • Salmon fillet
  • Carrot, finely diced
  • Seaweed (nori)
  • Sesame seeds
  1. 1Blanch the diced carrot until soft.
  2. 2Pan-fry the salmon, then flake and remove any bones.
  3. 3Mix rice with flaked salmon, carrot, chopped seaweed and sesame.
  4. 4Press into a rice-ball mould.
  5. 5Shake to form neat balls and serve.

Great for little hands learning to self-feed.

Always follow your paediatrician's guidance on allergens and choking-hazard textures. Cook eggs, fish and meat thoroughly and serve food just warm.
