5-Minute Creamy Tuna Udon

INGREDIENTS
- Cooked udon noodles
- Tinned tuna, drained
- Seaweed flakes or chopped nori
- Japanese mayo
- A dash of light soy sauce
- A drizzle of sesame oil
HOW TO COOK
- 1Cook the udon according to packet instructions, then drain.
- 2Toss the warm udon with the drained tuna and seaweed flakes.
- 3Add a squeeze of Japanese mayo, a dash of soy sauce and a drizzle of sesame oil.
- 4Mix well and chop the noodles short before serving.
