5-Minute Creamy Tuna Udon

  • Cooked udon noodles
  • Tinned tuna, drained
  • Seaweed flakes or chopped nori
  • Japanese mayo
  • A dash of light soy sauce
  • A drizzle of sesame oil
  1. 1Cook the udon according to packet instructions, then drain.
  2. 2Toss the warm udon with the drained tuna and seaweed flakes.
  3. 3Add a squeeze of Japanese mayo, a dash of soy sauce and a drizzle of sesame oil.
  4. 4Mix well and chop the noodles short before serving.

A genuinely 5-minute dinner — great for using up leftover cooked udon.
