Creamy Butter Prawn Udon

- Udon noodles
- Prawns
- Butter
- Milk or cream
- Carrot
- Cheese
- Garlic
HOW TO COOK
- 1Melt butter and cook chopped prawns until pink.
- 2Add finely chopped carrot and a little garlic, then soften.
- 3Add cooked udon to the pan.
- 4Pour in milk or cream and a little cheese, and toss until creamy.
- 5Cut the noodles short and cool before serving.
