Creamy Butter Prawn Udon

  • Udon noodles
  • Prawns
  • Butter
  • Milk or cream
  • Carrot
  • Cheese
  • Garlic
  1. 1Melt butter and cook chopped prawns until pink.
  2. 2Add finely chopped carrot and a little garlic, then soften.
  3. 3Add cooked udon to the pan.
  4. 4Pour in milk or cream and a little cheese, and toss until creamy.
  5. 5Cut the noodles short and cool before serving.

One pan, about 20 minutes — a quick creamy meal toddlers love.
