- Chicken breast
- Noodles
- Carrot
- Cucumber
- 1 egg
HOW TO COOK
- 1Poach the chicken until cooked, then cool and shred.
- 2Cut carrot and cucumber into thin matchsticks.
- 3Make a thin omelette and slice into strips.
- 4Boil the noodles, cool and cut into short lengths.
- 5Arrange noodles, chicken, vegetables and egg together.

Serve cool and cut noodles short so little hands can pick them up.
