Cold Chicken Shredded Noodles

  • Noodles
  • Carrot
  • Cucumber
  • 1 egg
  1. 1Poach the chicken until cooked, then cool and shred.
  2. 2Cut carrot and cucumber into thin matchsticks.
  3. 3Make a thin omelette and slice into strips.
  4. 4Boil the noodles, cool and cut into short lengths.
  5. 5Arrange noodles, chicken, vegetables and egg together.

Serve cool and cut noodles short so little hands can pick them up.
