Cod & Prawn Tofu Cubes

  • Cod fillet
  • Prawns
  • Corn
  • Carrot
  • 1 egg
  • A little starch
  • A little oil
  1. 1Blend cod, prawns, oil, egg and starch into a smooth paste.
  2. 2Stir in finely chopped corn and carrot.
  3. 3Pour into a lined dish and smooth the top.
  4. 4Steam until firmly set like a soft tofu block.
  5. 5Cool, then cut into bite-sized cubes.

A soft tofu-textured fish block — freeze the cubes for easy protein meals.
