INGREDIENTS
- Cod fillet
- Prawns
- Corn
- Carrot
- 1 egg
- A little starch
- A little oil
HOW TO COOK
- 1Blend cod, prawns, oil, egg and starch into a smooth paste.
- 2Stir in finely chopped corn and carrot.
- 3Pour into a lined dish and smooth the top.
- 4Steam until firmly set like a soft tofu block.
- 5Cool, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
TIP
A soft tofu-textured fish block — freeze the cubes for easy protein meals.
