Chicken, Tomato & Spinach Porridge

  • Tomato
  • Minced chicken
  • Spinach
  • Chicken & vegetable broth (no salt)
  1. 1Soak the rice 20–30 minutes so it cooks soft.
  2. 2Finely chop the tomato and spinach.
  3. 3Add rice, minced chicken, tomato, spinach and broth to a porridge cooker.
  4. 4Cook until creamy and soft.
  5. 5Stir and serve once cooled to a safe temperature.

No salt or seasoning needed — the soft texture helps baby learn to swallow.
