- Rice
- Tomato
- Minced chicken
- Spinach
- Chicken & vegetable broth (no salt)
HOW TO COOK
- 1Soak the rice 20–30 minutes so it cooks soft.
- 2Finely chop the tomato and spinach.
- 3Add rice, minced chicken, tomato, spinach and broth to a porridge cooker.
- 4Cook until creamy and soft.
- 5Stir and serve once cooled to a safe temperature.
