Soft Cheesy Scrambled Egg

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp grated mild cheese
  • Knob of unsalted butter
  1. 1Whisk the egg with the milk.
  2. 2Melt the butter in a pan on low heat.
  3. 3Add the egg and stir gently into soft curds — do not let it brown.
  4. 4Stir in the cheese off the heat and cool before serving.

Cook eggs until fully set for babies.
