Soft Cheesy Scrambled Egg

INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp grated mild cheese
- Knob of unsalted butter
HOW TO COOK
- 1Whisk the egg with the milk.
- 2Melt the butter in a pan on low heat.
- 3Add the egg and stir gently into soft curds — do not let it brown.
- 4Stir in the cheese off the heat and cool before serving.
