INGREDIENTS
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 egg
- A little butter or oil for the pan
HOW TO COOK
- 1Mash the banana smooth, then whisk in the egg.
- 2Heat a lightly greased non-stick pan on low.
- 3Spoon small rounds and cook 1–2 min each side until set.
- 4Cool and cut into strips for little hands.
