2-Ingredient Banana Pancakes

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • A little butter or oil for the pan
  1. 1Mash the banana smooth, then whisk in the egg.
  2. 2Heat a lightly greased non-stick pan on low.
  3. 3Spoon small rounds and cook 1–2 min each side until set.
  4. 4Cool and cut into strips for little hands.
