Banana & Oat Mash

  • ½ ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp baby porridge oats
  • 3 tbsp milk
  1. 1Simmer the oats with milk for 3–4 min until soft and creamy.
  2. 2Mash the banana well and stir through.
  3. 3Loosen with a little extra milk if needed.
  4. 4Cool to warm before serving.
