Banana Egg Bites

INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp cake flour
- Black sesame seeds
HOW TO COOK
- 1Slice the banana into thick rounds.
- 2Whisk the egg yolk with cake flour into a smooth batter.
- 3Dip each banana slice into the batter to coat.
- 4Pan-fry, sprinkle with sesame and flip until golden on both sides.
TIP
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before flipping for extra flavour.
