Banana Egg Bites

  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp cake flour
  • Black sesame seeds
  1. 1Slice the banana into thick rounds.
  2. 2Whisk the egg yolk with cake flour into a smooth batter.
  3. 3Dip each banana slice into the batter to coat.
  4. 4Pan-fry, sprinkle with sesame and flip until golden on both sides.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before flipping for extra flavour.
