Baby's First Egg Yolk

  • 1 egg (yolk only)
  • Breast milk or water, to loosen
  1. 1Hard-boil the egg until fully cooked.
  2. 2Peel and remove all the white, keeping only the yolk.
  3. 3Mash the yolk into small pieces.
  4. 4Loosen to a soft texture with a little breast milk or water.
  5. 5Offer a small amount first and watch for any reaction.

Egg is a common allergen — introduce just the yolk in a tiny amount and monitor.
