Baby Chawanmushi (Veggie Egg Custard)

INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg
- 50ml warm water
- Cooked broccoli, finely chopped
- Cooked carrot, finely chopped
HOW TO COOK
- 1Crack 1 egg into a bowl.
- 2Add 50ml warm water.
- 3Beat quickly until smooth.
- 4Strain through a sieve into a heatproof container.
- 5Stir in finely chopped cooked broccoli and carrot.
- 6Spoon off any bubbles on top.
- 7Cover with cling film.
- 8Steam over medium heat about 10 minutes until just set.
