Baby Banana Cakes

INGREDIENTS
- Banana
- Cake flour
- 1 egg
- A little cocoa (optional, for colour)
HOW TO COOK
- 1Blend banana and egg into a smooth batter.
- 2Stir in cake flour; fold cocoa into one half for two colours.
- 3Spoon the mixtures into a piping bag.
- 4Pipe into a greased shaped silicone mould.
- 5Steam until set, then cool and turn out.
TIP
High in fibre and iron; no sugar, no yeast and ready in under 30 minutes.
