Avocado Two Ways: Sticks & Purée

  • 1 ripe avocado
  1. 1Choose a fully ripe avocado, halve it and remove the pit.
  2. 2For sticks, cut into 3–4cm pieces that are easy for little hands to grip.
  3. 3For purée, scoop out the flesh and mash or blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. 4Serve sticks for self-feeding or the purée on a spoon.

Same avocado, two ways — sticks for baby-led weaning or a smooth purée for spoon-feeding.
