Avocado Two Ways: Sticks & Purée

INGREDIENTS
- 1 ripe avocado
HOW TO COOK
- 1Choose a fully ripe avocado, halve it and remove the pit.
- 2For sticks, cut into 3–4cm pieces that are easy for little hands to grip.
- 3For purée, scoop out the flesh and mash or blend until smooth and creamy.
- 4Serve sticks for self-feeding or the purée on a spoon.
TIP
Same avocado, two ways — sticks for baby-led weaning or a smooth purée for spoon-feeding.
