Creamy Avocado Mash

  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1–2 tsp breast milk or formula (to loosen)
  1. 1Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl.
  2. 2Mash with a fork until very smooth.
  3. 3Stir in a little milk to reach a soft, spoonable texture.
  4. 4Serve at room temperature straight away.

Avocado browns fast — make it just before serving.
