Creamy Avocado Mash

INGREDIENTS
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1–2 tsp breast milk or formula (to loosen)
HOW TO COOK
- 1Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl.
- 2Mash with a fork until very smooth.
- 3Stir in a little milk to reach a soft, spoonable texture.
- 4Serve at room temperature straight away.
TIP
Avocado browns fast — make it just before serving.
