Apple & Pear Purée

INGREDIENTS
- 1 apple, peeled & chopped
- 1 ripe pear, peeled & chopped
- Splash of water
HOW TO COOK
- 1Gently simmer the apple with a splash of water for 6–8 min.
- 2Add the pear and cook 2–3 min more until both are soft.
- 3Blend until smooth.
- 4Cool and serve, or freeze in cubes.
