Apple & Pear Purée

  • 1 apple, peeled & chopped
  • 1 ripe pear, peeled & chopped
  • Splash of water
  1. 1Gently simmer the apple with a splash of water for 6–8 min.
  2. 2Add the pear and cook 2–3 min more until both are soft.
  3. 3Blend until smooth.
  4. 4Cool and serve, or freeze in cubes.
