- Potato
- Carrot
- Pumpkin
- Apple
- Onion
- Tomato
- A little butter
HOW TO COOK
- 1Peel and chop the potato, carrot, pumpkin, apple, onion and tomato.
- 2Steam the vegetables and apple until very soft.
- 3Blend with a little butter into a smooth, mild curry.
- 4Serve over rice, or freeze in cubes for later.

Freeze in portion cubes for a quick mild curry any day.
