7-Veggie Japanese Baby Curry Rice

  • Carrot
  • Pumpkin
  • Apple
  • Onion

  • A little butter
  1. 1Peel and chop the potato, carrot, pumpkin, apple, onion and tomato.
  2. 2Steam the vegetables and apple until very soft.
  3. 3Blend with a little butter into a smooth, mild curry.
  4. 4Serve over rice, or freeze in cubes for later.

Freeze in portion cubes for a quick mild curry any day.
